How We Started
Rooted in the Prairies, Built for Our Neighbours
Living Skies Radon Service was founded on a simple belief: every Saskatchewan family deserves to know whether their home is safe from radon. Based in Pilot Butte and serving the surrounding area, we're here to make certified radon testing and mitigation accessible to the communities we call home.
After completing C-NRPP certification and training with Saskatchewan's top local professional, Sean McManus launched Living Skies Radon Service to bring certified, trustworthy radon services to communities across Saskatchewan.
Sean brings a background in commercial and industrial construction and holds a Red Seal Journeyman Ironworker certification — giving him a deep technical understanding of structural foundations and the craftsmanship required to complete every mitigation installation properly.
We're proud to be a locally operated business rooted in Pilot Butte. We understand the unique housing stock, climate, and geology of our region — and we're committed to serving our neighbours with honesty, expertise, and care.
